Shalom!

ืฉืœื•ื

Iโ€™m a certified life and parent coach (ACC, CPCC), with advanced training in relationship coaching and a specialization in supporting neurodiverse individuals and families. Iโ€™m also a mom to three spirited boys with ADHD - my greatest teachers.

Over the past two decades, Iโ€™ve lived in Israel, India, Singapore, and now the USA. Each relocation carried both excitement and challenge: starting over, building community, and redefining myself time and again. These experiences shaped my approach to coaching - practical, compassionate, and grounded in real-life transitions.

My professional path includes training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), parent coaching studies at the Adler Institute, and continuing education in relationship coaching, ADHD expertise, NLP, trauma-informed coaching, yoga, breath work, and more. This diverse toolbox allows me to meet clients across many layers of their lives - personal, relational, and family.

For me, coaching is the bridge between my own journey of resilience and reinvention, and my passion for walking alongside others. Whether youโ€™re an individual facing a big life change, a parent navigating daily challenges, or a team seeking to grow together, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to support your path forward.

MY COACHING VALUES

  • Choice

Choice is about freedom and responsibility, recognizing that even when life feels uncertain, we have the power to respond with clarity and intention. Itโ€™s the practice of aligning our decisions with our values and owning the outcomes. Through choice, we reclaim our agency and create lives that feel aligned, and true.

  • Connection

Connection is about truly seeing and being seen, listening and being heard. Itโ€™s not only the bonds we build with others, but also the relationship we nurture with ourselves, our values, and the world around us. Through connection, we create space for growth, collaboration, and meaningful transformation.

  • Growth Mindset

A growth mindset is about trusting that change is possible, for ourselves and for others. Itโ€™s choosing to meet challenges with curiosity, to view setbacks as learning, and to practice the flexibility to adapt along the way. Growth unfolds step by step, through effort, reflection, and the courage to keep moving forward.
